Katherine is also the co-creator of the Appetite for Health weekly syndicated nutrition news segment series. Katherine is a registered dietitian and member of Dietitians in Business and Communications (DBC) and Sports, Cardiovascular and Wellness Nutritionists (SCAN). She is also a member of the Connecticut Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the New York State Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She holds an undergraduate degree from Barnard College, a Master’s Degree in International Affairs from Columbia University and a Master’s in Nutrition Science from Teachers College, Columbia University.
